Working Principle of European Grinding Mill: Qualified crushed material is uniformly and continuously fed into the main grinding chamber via a variable-frequency belt feeder for grinding. The ground material is transported by fan airflow to the classifier for grading. Under the action of the analyzer, material failing to meet fineness requirements falls back into the grinding chamber for re-milling, while qualified material follows the airflow through pipelines into the cyclone collector for separation and collection. The finished powder is discharged via the discharge device. The separated airflow returns to the fan through the return air duct at the top of the cyclone collector. This system operates under both positive and negative pressure conditions and is equipped with a pulse-jet dust collector, ensuring excellent environmental performance.
