Mine dryer, also called drum dryer, is mainly composed of rotary body, lifting board, transmission device, support device and sealing ring. It has reasonable structure, high output, low energy consumption and convenient operation.
The dryer adopts a new lifting plate so that materials can be evenly distributed in its radial section and can fully contact the hot air flow so as to fully utilize the heat energy.
The dryer can save energy. About 10-15% of energy can be saved on average.
The dryer can change the operating parameters according to the nature of materials, so that materials can form a stable material curtain in the cylinder where heat exchanges more fully.
The new dryer enhances material cleaning and heat transfer and solves the sticking phenomenon of the internal wall of the cylinder.
