Recycling Process Flow of Bauxite TailingsFor medium/low-grade high-alumina bauxite and crushed ore, appropriate amounts of high-grade raw materials are added to produce homogenized materials with predetermined composition. The blended raw materials are then fed into Zenith vertical roller mill for dry grinding, followed by homogenization in a blending silo. Finally, water or binders are added for mixing, and the mixture is shaped using hydraulic presses or rolling ball methods. This dry process features simplicity and low moisture content after forming. Compared with natural raw materials, the products exhibit stable mineral phases, uniform composition, and consistent density.
