As a material with low hardness and high plasticity, graphite is prone to problems such as uneven particle size and dust pollution during processing. Through on-site investigations, the technical team of Zenith customized a full-process technical scheme according to the characteristics of local flake graphite, such as its crystalline form and carbon content.
In the preliminary planning stage, the team provided a simulation scheme for the plant layout. By means of logistics simulation and intelligent equipment arrangement, it reconstructed the material flow path and carried out customized optimization for the grinding unit, finished product area and conveying system. The scheme is adapted to the customer's limited site, greatly improving the site utilization rate.
 
The core equipment adopted is the MTW European trapezium grinding mill. Its unique curved shovel design and advanced powder separator significantly improve grinding efficiency, while ensuring a high pass rate for 200 mesh finished products, which meets the raw material precision requirements for graphite electrode pressing.

Bevel gear integral transmission for reduced energy consumption: Adopting bevel gear integral transmission and non-resistance air inlet volute design, it ensures better material fluidity and lower energy consumption.
Oil lubrication for extended bearing life: Both the main shaft transmission system and fan transmission system of the equipment use oil lubrication, which has lower lubrication resistance and lower oil temperature compared with traditional grease lubrication, effectively extending bearing life.
New frequency conversion powder separator for high precision finished products: Equipped with a new hanging cage powder separator with frequency conversion control, the fineness is adjustable and controllable, meeting various specification requirements for particle size.
To meet stringent environmental protection requirements, Zenith has equipped pulse dust removal equipment to ensure no dust pollution at the production site. Meanwhile, an intelligent control cabinet and remote central control system have been introduced to realize automated operation of the production line, significantly reducing labor costs.
Zenith service system runs through the entire project life cycle, serving as a key support for the success of the cooperation. A "7×24 hours" response mechanism has been established, which collects more than 30 parameters such as equipment vibration and temperature in real time through the remote monitoring system to early warn potential faults.
