Bucket elevator consists of shell, traction part (conveyor chain), hopper, driving wheel (head wheel), redirecting wheel (tail wheel), tensioning device, guiding device, feeding port and discharging port. The hopper scoops up the material from the storage bin below, lifts it to the top with the conveyor belt or chain, turns around the top wheel and turns down, and dumps the material into the receiving trough. The drive belt of the belt-driven bucket elevator generally adopts a rubber belt, which is installed on the lower or upper driving drum and the upper and lower redirecting drums; the chain-driven bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chains, the upper or There is a pair of drive sprockets below and a pair of redirecting sprockets below or above. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with casings to prevent dust from flying in the bucket elevators.
