1. Adapt to high concentration dust removal. If the dust concentration of the gas in the grinding system is as high as
1000g/Nm3, the equipment can be directly processed without setting up equipment such as a cyclone dust collector.
2. The off-line ash cleaning technology is used to clean the ash by sub-chamber backflushing, which not only avoids the
phenomenon of secondary flying and "re-adsorption" of dust generated by the online ash cleaning, but also does not
affect the normal and continuous operation of the equipment operating conditions, and improves the cleaning effect. ,

3. The technology of "filter bag self-locking and sealing device" is adopted to improve the sealing between the
equipment and the filter bag, and improve the dust removal efficiency.

filtration wind speed, reduce the running resistance, but also avoid the phenomenon that the dust sticks to the filter
bag due to condensation and is not easy to remove, especially suitable for high temperature , High-humidity
dust-containing gas dust removal, such as cement, electric power and other industries.
1. Filtration principle: Dust-laden gas enters from the air inlet, and when passing through the ash hopper, part of the
large particle dust in the gas is separated by inertial force and falls directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The
dust-laden gas enters the upper box after passing through the ash hopper, and then is discharged from the air outlet.
2. Cleaning principle: With the prolongation of filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to
accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment
rises to the set value, the cleaning setting starts to clean the dust. First, a sub-chamber lift valve is closed to cut
off the filtered airflow, and then the solenoid valve is opened, and the compressed air rapidly expands in the upper box
in a very short time, pouring into the filter bag, causing the bag to expand and deform to generate vibration, and in
the reverse airflow Under the action of scouring, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag is peeled off into
the ash hopper. After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened,
and the chamber returns to the filtering state. The cleaning of each chamber is carried out in sequence, and a cleaning
cycle starts from the cleaning of the first chamber to the beginning of the next cleaning.
3. Dust collection: The dust intercepted by filtration and ash cleaning will fall into the ash hopper, and then be
discharged centrally from the ash hopper mouth.
