SZF Series Libration Screen has gained the Award of National Scientific progress, which can be classified into two catalogues Vibrating motors, shock spring, high wearable wooden and steel screen plates ,advanced eccentric block sealing techniques are adopted in the vibration screens with the principle of self-synchronized vibration. So it has the advantages of long life, low noise and high efficiency etc. They are suitable for sintering ore, natural ore, charred coal and screening of other powder materials, desiccations, coal selection and so on. They have been widely used in metallurgy, ore, and coal, chemical and construction materials industries.
The machine consists of screen box, vibrating motor, decouple elements and
the framework.
1. The Screen Box: consists of screen frame, sieve board, lining board etc.
2. Vibrating Motor: high quality, long life JZO series vibrating motor are
apposed as the vibration source and the vibrating amplitude are changed by
adjusting the vibrating force of the motor .See the users' instruction of the
motor of JZO for details.
3. Decoupling System: consists of springs, bar clasp and base.
4. Framework: consists of feed bin and chassis.
5. The Vibration Screen Machine: can be designed and manufactured accord-
ing to users requirements. The installation of the vibrating motor can be as
upper and lower ways with the base installation and hanged installation.
The vibrating motor under the screen box makes the whole screen move in a high Frequent linear vibration, after the feeding from the upper screen box the materials are swiftly loosened, stratified and sieved.
