Type JKC-1000C ton bag packing machine is integration of mechan- ical and electrical products. It mainly consists of electronic weighing system, trailers and rail, car holder, card ring, pneumatic card package device, pneumatic bag hanging device, a fork type feeding tube, special pneumatic valve conical disc solid, feeder, material accumulating box and a dust collecting system, electric control system and pneumatic circuit.
The advantages show as follows: perfect function of detection and control, reliable operation, high measure- ment precision, simple operation, convenient maintenance.
The work process includes packing and tying by labors, the remaining work: clamping bag, blowing air to bag, feeding, metering, squeezing out air, loosing clip, and product conveying, all of these works are done by setting up program automatically. The products will be conveyed to stacking and loading by forklift.
