Basalt powder, stable in structure and performance, can improve the hardness and wear-resistance of anti-corrosive coating and effectively reduce its internal stress. Besides, basalt powder can improve the glass transition temperature of coating, suitable for all kinds of products. Basalt powder can also be used to produce brake block, polishing wheel, friction piece, wear-resistant pipe, wear-resistant bearing.

Fine sand

Basalt powder has the characteristics of high hardness, high strength, good wear resistance, high slip resistance coefficient, and strong adhesion with asphalt, so it can be used to produce 12-60 mesh of fine basalt sand, mainly used in epoxy floor and used for enhancing the ability to increase corrosion resistance of various anti-corrosion coatings, resin, nylon and other materials.

Cast stone

Basalt is a kind of raw material for the production of cast stone that is harder and more wear-resistant than alloy steel as well as more corrosion-resistant than lead and rubber. Basalt is also used as a lubricant in an advanced steel casting process, which can prolong the life of casting film.
